Welcome to Kinos in Yllas, Lapland, Finland

Kinos is our kelo log cabin situated in Akaslompolo, in Yllas, Lapland, Northern Finland. The cabin sleeps five people on two levels.

Built in the traditional Finnish style, the cabin has plenty of modern comforts including underfloor heating, washing machine, dish washer, TV/DVD, additional WC upstairs, and best of all, its own sauna.

Yllas is made up of two Lappish villages -  Akaslompolo and Yllasjarvi - and is located above the Arctic circle, approximately 950KM from the Finnish capital Helsinki, between Kolari and Kittila.

Yllas is a great area for skiing and winter sports, and is also perfectly positioned for summer activities such as trekking, fishing and Nordic walking.
